Bowerman and Davis each had a triple Healton proved to be too strong for Allen winning 9-1. Bowerman and Davis teamed up in the circle. Caityn Williams had 2 hits in the game, while Nickell stole 2 bases.

In the past 7 days the Lady Mustangs have played 8 games. Think about the heat the dust and the late nights on the bus, through all that the girls have played some excellent softball. The Rock Creek Tournament was full of a lot of great competition. Allen got wins over Quinton (4-2); Wright City (9-6); and fell to Silo 2-5 and Wright City 9-6 and Healton 1-9. The Quinton win saw Kaylee Davis picking up the win in the circle striking out 5 and giving up 4 hits. She also picked up a double and a RBI in the game. Addison Prentice went 2 for 3 and stole 3 bases. Kryslyn Stephens stole 2 bases and Tresley Mowdy 1 Against Silo Prentice hit a home run to open the scoring. Bowerman took the loss. Bowerman, Davis and Prentice each had a hit in the 2-5 loss.

all Allen in the contests coming out with 15-1 and 13-1. In the first game Freshman Khloe Goodson faced 15 batters and earned the 3-inning win giving up 2 hits, 1 run, and striking out 4. Offensively the Lady Mustangs scored 15 runs on 12 hits, had 12 rbi’s 6 base on balls and 1 strike-out. Davis went 2 for 3 and 2 rbi’s; Prentice 2 for 2 with 2 this and 2rbi’s. Prentice, Davis and Goodson each had doubles with Davis hitting a triple as well. Stolen Bases; Prentice (2), Woodward, Nickell and Cully.

The Lady Mustang softball started the season strong owning a 5-1 record in early part of the season. The Lady Mustangs only loss is a 6-7 loss to Wister.
