It’s a tough time for the Allen Public Schools. There were five positive cases of Covid-19 diagnosed in the school during the past two weeks, two staff members and three students. A number of students have also been lost due to mandatory health department quarantines along with 10 staff members.

A day of activities has been planned and will include not only the chili contest but a cornhole tournament, dunk tank, live music, a pie auction, and an assortment of vendor booths.
