Allen third and fourth grade was given an opportunity to help Destiny Graham Fine Art with a grant she was awarded through the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition (OVAC). Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition’s mission is to grow and develop Oklahoma’s visual arts community, OVAC provides funding to visual artists through grants throughout the year. These grants are intended to help artists at all stages of their career to develop creatively and grow professionally.

Read morea lot of time on dogs at large. The time for being nice and bringing your dog home just for you to let it back out, is over. Automatic tickets will be issued for the dogs. There is no excuse for so many dogs running loose and although you think ‘well I’ll just let my dog out for a little bit’, or ‘my dog wouldn’t hurt anyone it’s friendly’, magnify that by 500 households in city limit and you will see where it becomes a problem. It is a shame how many manhours are dedicated to that issue. The town has purchased a net gun that will shoot out and wrap the dog in a net and allow for us to safely secure the dog and take it to the pound.
