After being closed three days last week, plus this past Monday (as a planned day to observe MLK Day), Allen Schools resumed classed Tuesday. As of press time 89 students and 5 staff members were still out. Allen’s total enrollment is approximately 485 with over 60 employees.

They performed with students from across the area this past Saturday, January 8 , in the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center, Ataloa Theatre, on the ECU campus.
